Custom & Handmade Products
Many items sold through Trident Adventure are custom-made, handcrafted, engraved, or produced in limited quantities. Minor variations are part of the nature of handmade and made-to-order products and are not considered defects.
The policies listed throughout this website primarily apply to products available for direct purchase through our online shop. Custom orders are handled differently. Unless otherwise agreed upon, all custom and personalized orders created through direct communication with us are designed, produced, and fulfilled entirely in-house by Trident Adventure.
Custom projects are collaborative by nature, and timelines, materials, pricing, and fulfillment details may vary depending on the scope of the project. Estimated turnaround times will be discussed and agreed upon prior to production whenever possible.
Because custom items are created specifically for each customer, all custom sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
