Returns & Refunds Policy

At Trident Adventure, many of our products are custom-made, made-to-order, or produced in small batches. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style, or for buyer’s remorse.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund, depending on the situation

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Custom orders arranged directly through Trident Adventure are produced in-house unless otherwise agreed upon prior to production. Because these items are custom-created specifically for each customer, all custom sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Apparel Sizing

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering apparel. When we are traveling or otherwise not at home we utilize print-on-demand partners to fulfill orders, we cannot guarantee exchanges for incorrect sizing selections.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control. However, if your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
