Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to ship?

Processing times vary depending on the product. Most orders ship within 3–14 business days depending on whether the item is print-on-demand, handmade, engraved, or custom-made.

Shipping transit times are separate from processing times.

Dixie’s Delights Ordering Schedule

Because all baked goods from Dixie’s Delights are produced in limited handmade batches, orders are only opened during select ordering windows throughout the month.

We currently open orders once per month.

Ordering schedule:

  • Orders open Monday

  • Orders close Thursday at midnight PST

  • Orders ship Monday morning

Order opening and closing announcements will be shared on our website and social media pages.

Due to the perishable nature of food products, orders will ship using expedited shipping methods when appropriate to help maintain freshness and quality during transit.

Availability is limited and certain items may sell out before the ordering window closes.

Will my items arrive in separate packages?

Possibly. Some products are fulfilled by different production partners, so orders may arrive separately.

Do you offer international shipping?

Select items may be available for international shipping. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because many of our items are custom-made or made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Please review product details and sizing information carefully before ordering.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Products

Are your engraved items handmade?

Our engraved products are designed and produced in-house using laser engraving equipment and custom finishing techniques.

Because of the handmade nature of these items, slight variations may occur and make each piece unique.

Will engraved products look exactly like the photos?

Not always. Engraving results can vary slightly depending on material type, coating variations, wood grain, metal finish, lighting, and viewing angle.

Are your apparel items made by you?

Whenever possible, we prefer to produce and fulfill our apparel in-house. However, some items may be produced through trusted print-on-demand partners while we are traveling, temporarily out of stock, or unable to fulfill orders ourselves within a reasonable timeframe.

Using select production partners also allows us to offer a wider variety of products, colors, and sizes without significantly increasing turnaround times.

If it is important to you that your item is made directly by us, rather than through a print-on-demand partner, please contact us before placing your order and we will gladly provide an estimated timeline for in-house fulfillment.

Our goal is to create products in a way that allows us to continue building the adventurous and creative lifestyle this brand was founded around while still delivering quality products to our customers.

Are custom orders made by you?

Yes. Unless otherwise agreed upon, all custom and personalized orders created through direct communication with us are designed, produced, and fulfilled entirely in-house by Trident Adventure.

Custom projects are collaborative by nature, so timelines and fulfillment details may vary depending on the scope of the project.

Photography & Artwork

Do you sell your photography as prints?

Yes. Select photography prints and artwork are available through our shop and partner platforms.

Can I use your photos or artwork?

No. All photography, artwork, graphics, and designs are copyrighted and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
