At Trident Adventure, many of our products are made-to-order, handcrafted, or fulfilled through trusted production partners. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item ordered.

We appreciate your patience and support for our small business.

Processing Times

Processing times vary by product type.

Typical processing times:

  • Apparel & print-on-demand items: 3–10 business days

  • Handmade or laser engraved products: 5–14 business days

  • Photography prints: 3–10 business days

Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.

During holidays, product launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on carrier and destination.

Typical U.S. shipping estimates:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

  • Some specialty or custom items may take longer

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Multiple Shipments

Because some products are fulfilled by different production partners, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at:

While we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, we will do our best to help.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Weather or transit disruptions

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. You are also welcome to contact us and we will do our best to assist.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
